FAQ'S...

WHY?

Why not? Most couples plan the entire Wedding on their own, they spend a year or

more working hard to make sure the day will be perfect, but most of the time when

the bride wakes up on the morning of her Wedding, She's still working! ...

The phone is ringing, the maid of honor cannot find her earrings, the florist cannot

find her way, the photographer needs to be called to tell them you've changed

salons, etc, etc... An ASSISTANT will take on those issues, unfortunately too many

times the Bride takes on those challenges and ends up miserable.

WHY DO YOU CALL YOURSELF AN "ASSISTANT"... IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU'RE

A WEDDING PLANNER?

Most Wedding Planners/Coordinators have NEVER BEEN actual Assistants and

have never experienced putting out fires day after day after day. Don't get me

wrong I love coordinators, but those that are worth their weight may not be

accessible to many couples. Also, Wedding Planners are usually connected to

particular vendors and therefore, are possibly influenced by the vendor and may

be shy to tell the vendor... "Get it done"!

We offer You an alternative.

Instead, we stay neutral, so the only person we have to answer to will be You. We

have no problem being the "Bad Guy", if needed. Of course, for the most part

there are really no bad vendors, just bad communication. We help bridge that gap

for you. We DO NOT field/refer you to vendors. Once you have your Vendors in

place, we will get involved at your request.

WHAT MAKES YOU MORE KNOWLEDGEABLE?

I was thrown into the "Assistants World" in Hollywood and had two choices, I could

run screaming or I could jump in head first into the deep end. I chose the later.

For years, the job consisted of calls/"putting out fires"... every ten minutes of every

day including; 3am calls where my boss needed to know how to work the DVD

player. When events were planned I had to make sure of everything from:

Catering, Florist, Music, etc, etc...

Electricians and Plumbers were on standby, the right Scotch was in place for about

15 different guests. I had to keep my eyes & ears open the entire night, checking

that guests were being served properly, to the Band keeping the party going at a

good pace.  If someone asked for a specific drink/food and we didn't have the

ingredients, I made sure we had those ingredients immediately and it was

prepared. I'm not saying you and your guests will be that high maintenance... but

you get the idea.

As an ASSISTANT, you are "molded" into achieving Results and results become

second nature to an ASSISTANT and getting things done, "Is your Life" as an

ASSISTANT.  Organizing the lives of Busy Celebs is a 24/7 Job, which includes the

planning of Large Exclusive Parties/Events...similar to Your Wedding.

DO YOU THINK WEDDINGS ARE LIKE A CORPORATE EVENT?

Yes and No. They both need structure, they both require extensive planning, but in

a Wedding there are other special needs, emotions, thoughts that you won't find at

any other event. I have worked numerous Weddings and understand these needs.

I will not treat your Wedding as any other event or any other Wedding for that

matter.

Ask Yourself this Question?

Who do you want helping you on your Wedding Day...

Your Aunt? Your Mother? Your Brother?

OR...

Someone who has been thru the "Ringer" as an ASSISTANT and has numerous

years of Experience; Planning, Organizing and doing this as a "24/7" Life.

As stated by a very sought after coordinator in Los Angeles, "We don't care

WHY something is wrong, it's our job to correct it, now. We'll worry about

the why later".
